I'm just your average person.  I am not a guru or a competitive fitness person.  I'm not a personal trainer.  I can't deadlift a lot or squat a lot.  Heck, I can hardly squat at all due to my joints being messed up from cancer treatment but I am consistent in my routine and I show up.  Fitness is important to me.  I made it a priority in about 2011 and continue to do so throughout life's challenges.  I've been through lots of ups and downs and I can't seem to "look like" that gym rat but I enjoy going and make it first in my day as often as I can.
